Provincial newspaper business--The best
Kung may magandang business sa ngayon, masasabi kong isa na ang provincial news:cool:paper na magandang pasukin. I simply suggest this kasi ang newspaper ay walang pagkalugi. You know why. Hindi lang sa advertisement kumikita ang jario at yan ang hindi alam ng marami. sa bawat province ay puwedeng magpublish ng isang community paper. Couldn't you imagine kung may ilang provinces mayroon dito sa PINAS?

This is the question, "saan nga ba kumikita ang newspaper maliban sa advertisement? Well ganito yon, sa bawat provinces ngayon ay hindi halos mabilang ang housing project di po ba at very usual ay through PAGIBIG ini lo-loan.

Sa bawat province, pinakamahina ang 3court or municipal court dipo ba.for every court ay may tinatawag na RAFFLE ng Judicial Notices. iyan yung mga na fo-foreclose na mga house & lot. Once the house and lot was foreclosed, it must be published for three consecutive weeks. jan kumikita ang newspaper.

Imagine dito sa amin sa Cavite, if im not mistaken, we have 5 courts only pero ang nag si-circulate na dyaryo is 22, pero millions pa rin ang income ng bawat jaryo a year. The lowest is 3M kada taon.

Pero syempre, hindi ganoon kadali ang mag dyario, unang una, dapat continues ito at complete na 52 issues para sa isang taon na yon.
Ito kasi ang hinihingi sa court once na ipapa-accredit mo na sa mga courts...

Let say na 3 province ang mahawakan mo... aba eh... mahihiga ka na lang sa Money...Money... at Money pa ulit. Thats true po.

Mas maganda kung may sarili kang printing press kasi makakatipid ka na mas malaki pa ang matitipid mo.

O di ba. kung meron magkaroon ng interes PM nyo lang po ako at i-share m sa inyo. Willing din po akong mag invest for partnership..

If you are planning to be have a Community Newspaper business, you have to follow this guidelines:



--- Prepare at least Half Million (0.5M Philippine Currency)

--- The chosen business name must be duly registered to Department of Trade and
Industry

--- Two computer Unit with internet (DSL) dial up is not advisable

--- Provincial office (billboard must be clearly visible;
Courts are strictly checking it. partly hidden
billboard may be enough ground to be opposed by
other newspaper

--- Newspaper is continuously running without any cases filed in court, (libel cases and alikes)

--- You have at least 5 Reporter 2-3 columnist, 1 encoder, 1 proof reader, 1 lay-out artist they are important components of this business.

--- Encoder, proof reader, lay out artist, these work forces must be based inside the
premises area excepts Reporter.

--- After one (1) year of continuous publishing, the 52 issues must file to all provincial courts where newspaper circulates. it is obligatory/mandatory practice for the means of accreditation, without it, newspaper has no right to earn like others do.

--- Accreditation fee costs more than 1 hundred thousand (Php)

--- Owner/Publishers are advise to buy/ provide their own printing press instead of paying weekly to other printing press.

"Be advised that the cost of printing machine and other paraphernalias including newsprint paper (PICOP) for one (1) year consumptions; accreditation fee will cost Php1.1M
Advantage of having own printing machine:
***Can handle or publish desired figure of newspaper.
Remember lots of provinces are greatly advance of income comparing to be focused in one province only.**

As i have mentioned, i could be your industrial partner, i mean ang kailangan natin dito para mag materialize ang newspaper business ay isang great partner na ang ibig sabihin ay kapitalista. Para mabuo ang isang great busines, which is newspaper business na dito ay nangangailangan tayo ng mag pipi-finance.

Once na ma complete ang mga bagay na ito, tuloy ang business.
Tamang tamang na mag start ngayon ng newspaper kasi pagdating ng march next year, counted na natin ang 52 issues, which is necessary sa accreditation fr court. March, April, May ang month na malakas o marami ang Judicial, City, municipal ordinances kaya timely na mag start now.
