Japan-Philippines secondhand Products

Hello all

I am student of a Japanese university. I am Interested in doing research on the trade of secondhand products from Japan to the Philippines. Anybody of you here who knows what products are exported from japan, reprocesses or recycled in the Philippines and reimported to Japan again as another product. I would like to research on the economic and environmental issues associated with the flow of the product from one country to another.

I am aware that the Philippines is importing huge numbers of used cars and electronic items from Japan. I am not however, familiar with products that are re-imported back to Japan.

Alam ko na marami na rin sa atin dito ang mag negosyong kagaya nito at pamilyar sa mga producktong nainenegosyo sa Pilipinas.

bukod sa mga electronic stuffs na pinapadala sa pinas, legal man o illegal,
marami ring nagpapadala ng mga used bicycles....
ang style ng mga ito eh namimili nung mga kumpiskadong bisikleta sa ibat ibang lugar sa Japan then ipapadala via container vans... minsan kalas kalas or parts nalang then iaassemble nalang sa pinas.... (marami ring bisikleta na nakakarating sa China, napanuod ko lang nung minsan sa isang Japanese tv program... aksidente lang na naireport nung isang reporter dahil nagbabalita talaga sya ng Olympics, nadaanan lang bigla na may biskleta na may Japanese markings..)

Moreover, marami ring nakakalusot na parts ng mga sasakyan sa Pinas... kahit ganu kahigpit ang customs nagagawan parin ng paraan ni Juan dela Cruz..
Naikwento ng isang professor ko dati pala, yung mga JEEP ni SARAO na sumikat sa pinas, halos makina nun galing sa Japan and other neighboring..(diesel engines).. Nagbawas na kasi sa paggamit ng diesel engine ang Japan since major contributor sa air pollution ang products of combustions ng DIESEL as a energy source...

Try researching about sa JPEPA agreement between Japan and Philippines, sa pagkakaalam ko, involved dito yung mga waste ng Japan na tatanggapin nalang sana ng Pinas at kasama dito yung mga itinatapon na industrial products, mga engines, saka lumang electronic products....
