Hello everyone!
This is a very rare case and I dont have any idea,hope someone can help.
I would like to ask any legal opinion regarding this matter, an AAA company at US is arranging a H1B Visa for me this coming April 1,2008 while waiting the result of the petition at the same time another opportunity comes by and offer another job which they will help me arrange an E2 Visa to be employed at their BBB company.
Then I will only go to Philippines when I am needed now to appear at the US embassy for the E2 Visa interview, do you think it is ok to accept the job offer also of BBB that will give an E2 Visa for me, while waiting for the result of H1B petition by AAA becasue I am planning to transfer at AAA when the H1B already been granted.
Would that be legal, arranging the E2 Visa at the Philippines and another company arranging the H1B Petition Visa at United States at the same time?
