hullo,
The explanation is a bit vague but according to the website (http://www.tri-star.co.jp/products/bannou/windows/point_media.html) of Tristar, creator of 携帯万能 (KeitaiBannou), the software could "play" or "save" media files including "chaku-melo" (ringtones) to PC, and "export" data files from one mobile phone to another, but there is no mention of exporting music files from PC to your phone. Furthermore, "Chaku-melo" or rightones are generally short music files, so the phone might be able to save only short-length music files, not those full-length music files like MP3 songs in which i think you're interested in.

I'm not sure though since i haven't used it before. By the sound of it the software can't send music files from PC to mobile phones. However, if it could send "data" from PCs to the phone, even though it doesn't support exporting music files, I'm sure there is a work around as long as you could convert your music files to the specific format your mobile phone could read. This is a difficult ordeal though, one that will loose you a lot of time, but well, it's a challenge.

In addition to that, it says in that website that, 著作権保護されているデータを読込む事はで きません、which means that your PC could read your mobile phone's data if and only if they are not copyright-protected files. Take note, not all mobile phones are supported so you have to check whether your phone is specified in their list of supported phones.
