For those who have read the Kyoto thread, this is
a new thread about the get together- these threads are related but I decided to organise the party here.

Party Central - at Stanfy's place.... address to be announced
if approved by Stanfy... or, we may PM the address to those coming...

Date - must be before the end of January - suggested dates -
Jan. 28 or 29 (Saturday or Sunday) - that would give time to plan.
Time- afternoon - from 2 p.m. -okay?

@Stanfy, when are you leaving Japan... this is the only weekend left before you go... please pick a date... ( I figured the 21st or 22nd would be too close)

We will make it "pot-luck" or we will order food when we get there - which do you prefer?

We don't have plans yet.. but next week for sure meron na .. pero minsan wala ng plano.. basta kita kita lang ..from then saka na namin pinaguusapan kung pano.. basta yayain ka namin .. sama ka talaga ha.. mamaya drawing ka lang dyan (katulad ng iba dyan..bato bato sa langet tamaan ay galet:p )

1. Regardless of the poll, please confirm here at the thread because we have to count how many are coming so that we will know how much food to buy or bring.

2. About FOOD - although the vote for order food has won the vote -
Docomo and I discussed - it would be much better if each one of us brought food to share for the group because it would save us the time - and we can just all meet at Stanfy's place at 2 p.m.

Besides, it is more economical if people shared the expenses for something they will bring and share.

@those who sent me PM (you know who you are) - if you are coming from Shizuoka, okay lang ba if we all meet at Stanfy's place - I know your time is limited...but I requested everyone to be on time... or PM me, so we can buy food together...

Chicken - karaage - you can buy or make - docomo and I thought of buying at the Basement of the department stores it is more reasonable than Kentucky... right?

Pizza - we can order - or anyone who can pass by Costco- the pizza there is much more reasonable and really bigger... and delicious -right?

Canapes - appetizers - docomo, will you bring these? or something else?

Salad?

Cake? Or any dessert?

Paper/plastic plates or glasses? Wari-bashi? (who can bring?)

But remember, important thing is we meet - food - basta we have something to share...Any other suggestions?
