JAPANESE OR ENGLISH sa paggawa ng invitation letter??

mga ka-tf sk ko lang po,what if kung ang mag-iimbita sa japan is a "Filipino"kailangan ba na ang isulat nya na invitation letter ay japanese parin:confused:
or pwede na ang english:confused:sha re naman po sa mga may experience,,tnx!

Most of the people at the consulates are either Japanese or Filipinos who are bilingual. In my past experience, I always make two documents - one in English and another in Japanese.
