Posting for a family friend.
They want to sell their house and lot at Lamarea in
San Pedro Laguna.
Information about lamarea can be found even by searching
'lamarea laguna' in google. There are a few sites that have
description and some photos about the village, and about
the developers. Looks like a very nice village.
If anybody is interested or if you know anybody interested, please
pm me. I am not their agent,just helping them hook up with
potential buyers here. So this will have an advantage also of direct
buy-sell, which can pose some price advantage. I know the owners
since long time ago, I can vouch for their reputation.
