Good Day. Pwede ka na mag loan sa Pilipinas kahit nasa Japan.Kumpletuhin lang ang requirements at ang kamag anak mo sa Pilipinas ang maglalakad .Ito ang madaling paraan ,makakakuha ng pera galing sa loan company mga 3-5 days.Kung complete ang requirements ,1-2 araw ay okay na! Kapag na approve ka,babayaran ito mula 3 hanggang 6 na buwan.Kung good payer ka, makakahiram ka ulit kung kailangan mo.

Lists of Requirements of the BORROWER:

1) Clear copy ng Passport Photocopy ( Colored) with specimen signature.
2) Clear copy mg Alien Card o ACR ( Colored) with specimen signature.
3) Certificate of Employment,kung nihongo with English translation.
4) Work Contract ( galing sa pinagtatrabahuhan sa Japan.)Kung nihongo, dapat may English translation.
5) Photocopies of Payslip ( latest 3-4 months).
6) Proof of billing sa Pilipinas ( Meralco,Water Bill, Telephone Bill,Credit Card etc).
7) 2 Copies ng valid id ( SSS,Pag-Ibig, Driver's License sa Pilipinas,Postal id or Barangay ID).
8) Present checking account kung mayroon,kung wala, magbubukas ang co-maker sa Pilipinas na naka AND/OR na cheke.
9) 4 copies of 2 X 2 pictures.
10) Copy of Marriage certificate if married/Birth Certificate if unmarried or single.
11) SPA-Special Power of Attorney regarding your loan with your Co-Borrower.
12) Photocopy of Bank Account/Bank Statement.

Lists of Requirements of the CO-MAKER:
1) 2 Copies ng valid id ( SSS,Pag-Ibig, Driver's License sa Pilipinas,Postal id or Barangay ID).
2) Certificate of Employment ( From Philippine Employer).
3) 4 copies of 2 X 2 pictures.
4) Willing mag co-maker sa borrower,LETTER of Intent. CO-MAKER must be a relative to the 1st Degree of the borrower.( Father,Mother,Sister ,Brother, Spouse).

Sa mga interesado, ang mahihiram na pera ay DEPENDE sa SALARY mo per month. P10k -P100K or higher.

may nagpapatanong po na friend ko.halimbawa may work sya dito sa omise pero wala naman kasing work contract sa omise dahil di naman sya ofw kundi may asawa syang hapon.paano po yun?

Please give the name of the loan company first before asking for those who are serious and willing to borrowing.

Remember that clients also consider the credibility of the lending company and the policy they are serving to the customers....

Pwede po kahit 1M,may collateral,ASIALINK company po.Kung kaya nyo 1M pay sa 6 months ,wala pong problem.Madami mo requirements dahil kung nasa 100k,no collateral at kung complete ang documents required,makukuha mo in 1 day. It is true dami documents dahil you can get money from the investors...sa hirap ng buhay po ngayon kahit sino you have to be assured na maibabalik ang money from investment .NO COLLATERAL po up to 100k meaning papeles lang ang kailangan at co-maker sa Pilipinas.100k above .WITH COLLATERAL ang 100k and above ( land title,house and lot title ). Legitimate company po specially for OFW but they also cater to immigrants of different countries,depende sa documents na i-submit nyo po.

Four(4%) percent per month po for 3 to 6 months terms ang Salary Loan.

mahirap kayang bayaran kung 100k above ang uutangin for 6 mos. dapat 2 yrs. babayaran pagmalakihan na.hehehe.kung pwede.sa maynila ba yan.eh andoon kami sa bisaya eh.

but anyway i guess if it is really urgent...the best thing todo is to consult profer firm para sa request mo..marami mga services na ganito malapit sa embassy natin.. sa pag kakaalam ko kailangan mo ng notarial service para dito.. ang notarial service ng japan ay monday to friday.. then saka mo sya isubmit sa philippine embassy..

better ask people nearby sa philippine embassy..me mga reasonable price naman sila..

the best nyan..mag issue ka ng SPA (para sa cousin mo na to authorize any transaction reg loan )from Philippines..ipapada la mo dito sa japan.. then pag pinirmahan mo.. isubmit mo sa Philippine Embassy...tapos po problema mo..
