the message isn't quite grammatically sound and because there's no context and I have no reference as to what the topic really is, it's tricky to translate.

haha ano nihongo o-jouzu desu! wakaranakattan desu? ano nihongo benkyou o shimashita. sorede sukoshi wa nihongo o hanasemasu. fusoku da ga, rikai shite kudasai ^_^

anyway, from what I can guess...
haha, your Japanese is good! (but) you didn't get it? I studied Japanese that's why I could speak a little. it isn't enough but please try to understand it ^_^
