Headhunting job ok ba?

Meron ba sa inyo ang may experience sa pagiging headhunter o executive recruiter? Kamusta ba yung trabahong iyan?

Baka walang headhunter dito sa tf members.

So far isa pa lang na Pilipino headhunter ang nami-meet ko.

My first (and only) job move was thru a headhunter as well.
It is a lucrative job, if one is good at it. I guess the salary
is proportional to the number of successful introductions
one made, as well as the salary. Parang sales.

One not so good thing about it is they keep on calling/contacting
after their agreement with my company (that one remain for
a certain number of months) is met. Like in sales, do whatever,
to close a sale.

Probably, the skills to have are: excellent at ningen kankei, excellent
communication, persuasive, persistent, very confident.

I am an IT engineer pero pwede rin po ako sa ganitong trabaho.
