PR holder but sponsored by a step dad(JC) and married a filipino.

my case is kinda complicated. my mother(Filipina) married to a japanese national, and me(a filipino national) has been going in and out of japan for the past 8 years now and i already have the permanent visa..

Its been two years now since ive decided to stay here in japan for good. nagpakasal ako sa pinoy and ngayon nandito narin siya sa japan kasama ko. ang nagsponsor sakanya ung step father ko na hapon.... ang problema ko po ay 1 year palang ang visa ng hubby ko. and maghihiwalay na ung mom ko and step dad ko... pwede bang ako nalang ang magsponsor sa asawa ko and gamitin ang permanency ko ? paano po ung supporting documents like kosekitohon..wala po ako nun kasi hindi pa po ako nailagay sa koseki nung step dad ko..

yung marriage contract nyo,passport copy mo,kung working ka,certificate of employment...or better consult immigration for better answer..
