kailan po kau nagdivorce ng ex husband mo?? kung lumampas na kayo ng 10 months and 1 day..pwede na kayo magpakasal ulit pero kung hindi pa..hintayin nyo muna matapos ang 10 months and 1 day bago kayo magpakasal..

ito ang dapat nyong gawin..

1st step..
*kailangan nyo mag REPORT OF DIVORCE sa Phil.Embassy..
*Ipa-ammend ang passport from married name to single name..
pwede nyo yan isabay sa pag-apply dun sa Phil.Embassy..

2nd step..

For Divorced Filipinos:
* Passport
For female applicants: Original & one (1) photocopy of first page, page with amendment to “single name”, and last page.
For male applicants: Original & one (1) photocopy of first page & last page

(Please see requirements for the abovementioned passport cases.)

* Report of Divorce (Original & 1 Photocopy) Report of Divorce from the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo/Philippine Consulate General in Osaka or from the Embassy or Consulate in the country where the divorce took place.

* Birth Certificate in security paper issued by the NSO

* Two (2) Passport Size Pictures

Requirements for Japanese fiance/fiancee:
* Family Registry (Koseki Tohon) (Original & 1 Photocopy) Validity is 3 months from date of issue.
If the applicant is a divorcee, the record of marriage and divorce with previous spouse should be indicated in the koseki tohon.

A Koseki Shohon is not acceptable.

3rs step
pagnarelease na ang LCCM from Phil.Embassy..

punta kayo sa Cityhall..dalhin ang Kekkon Todoke,LCCM,Passport ,Alien card at Kosekitohon ng esposo mo..pagkatapos ng ilang minuto.. kasal na po kayo..

Hope this helps:)
