Magandand Gabi po sana po may mag tyagang mag basa nito... problema ko po ito isang linggo na hindi po kasi mabasa ng asawa ko ang english o romaji character,sana po kahit hiragana character may mag translate po nito maraming sa lamat po.... kung busy man po kayo ok lang din po...suimasen mewaku kakete moshi wake gozaimasen,inedit ko na po yan ung neccessarry lang po ang nilagay ko maraming salamat po sa mga mag uukol ng pansin. thank you po tlaga sa mga mag babasa bago lang po ako dito sana po matulungan nyo po ako.

If married in the Philippines: Marriage Contract with Previous Spouse issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) authenticated by Authentication Division, DFA Manila (Original & 1 Photocopy)

If married in Japan or another country: Report of Marriage issued by the Respective Philippine Embassy/Philippine Consulate General in country where marriage took place. (Original & 1 Photocopy)
Birth Certificate issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) authenticated by Authentication Division, DFA Manila

Family Registry (Koseki Tohon) (Original & 1 Photocopy) Validity is 3 months from date of issue.
If the applicant is a divorcee, the record of marriage and divorce with previous spouse should be indicated in the koseki tohon.
If the applicant is a widow/widower, the record of death of the previous spouse should be indicated in the koseki tohon.
A Koseki Shohon is not acceptable.

Sa Japan po ba n'yo balak magpakasal? Nasa Japan po ba kayo ngayon?
