there will be a school meal (kyushoku) tasting and presentation activity sa school ng anak mo this coming 26th of June.

Date & Venue:
June 26 (Thursday)
Presentation (kengaku) --- at respective classrooms (11:30 -12:10)
Meal Tasting --- Hall (12:15 -13:15)

Menu:
Gratin, Salmon cutlet, Neapolitan, Fruits (Rice staple)

280yen per meal

There will be a (welcome) speech from the School Master and Dietician before the activity commences. During which, please observe silence while listening to the speech.

Salamat sa tulong, sorry nalibat na noon ka. hahaha! Hindi pa po kami nakabili ng scanner, medyo nagtitipid pa ng kunti. Pasensya na po.
Compulsory po ba ito for parents or okay lang hindi kami pumunta? Paano i-fill up yung last part na return slip yata?

lagpas na pala ang deadline of submission ng return slip nito. nung last thursday pa pala.

it doesn't say it's mandatory. but since it's a regular school day, baka mas maraming bata ang sumali kaysa hindi. at siguro mga mommies din.

here's what the application form says..

sa pinakataas, yung class name ng anak mo, at name ng anak mo
1. ①見学のみ (presentation/demonstration only) ②見学及び試食 (demo & sampling)
2. are you going to park your car inside the school grounds?
　　　する park しない not park
3. are you going to wait till school dismissal?
①待つ wait ②待たない not wait

個数 quantity (how many meals?), ex. 2個
合計金額 total amount, example computation, 280円 x 2個 = 560 million円　:p

may bayad din daw ang kahit maliit na bata. at pwede din magdala ng o-bento ang pamilya

any questions, requests regarding the activity?

1. deadline of submission of application form: June 5 (Thursday)
2. if siblings, write the name of the eldest in the form
3. in case of absence, inform the school till the day before the activity, until June 25 2PM
4. failure to notify (of absence) within the period specified in no.3, no reimbursement.
5. reimbursement will be done on June 27th (Friday), through the pupil.
6. in case of take-homes due to unattendance on the day itself, please understand we cannot accommodate all unanticipated changes. (it's like saying, di pwedeng mag take home ang anak ninyo.)
7. for parents coming by car, since we only have limited parking space, please only consider coming by car if really necessary. (on a good day, walking or taking a bicycle is requested.)
the school will not be held liable for vehicular-related accidents. observe traffic rules.
