Regadless of utilities to pay not exceeding Y 10,000 yen po combined or single transaction of single payee or account e.g. meralco, phone bills, manila waters, sss, philhealth etc. of an account holder.

Account holder meaning person registered with our company on which we give/provide service thereunto.
