VCO or any herbal meds for buntis?

Hi... tanong ko lang po sana kung ok lang po ba Virgin Coconut oil sa pregnant? MAy nakita kasi ako carrica stall sa may mall, meron din malunggay medicine good for buntis daw? Pero plan ko po talaga VCO since constipated ako, nakaka-regulate ng bowel movement kasi ang VCO and also may lauric acid na good for lactating women, advice naman po habang andito ako sa pinas, mamili nako ng mga supplements... ;)

I don`t think that you have to take some herbal dahil pregnant ka,baka maka apekto sa bata..Pag walang prescription ng doctor..don`t take the risk..
