What is good with Disneyland that keeps you wanting to come back to it ?

NOTE: Please refrain from mentioning anything, or comparing the Philippines in this thread. Let us just try to talk simply about what is great with the Magic Kingdom that keeps the customers very happy.

good about Disneyland ?? pag nagpupunta kami dun ~~~ hindi namin mapuntahan yung mga talagang gusto naming mapuntahan / masakyan ~~~ why ~~~?? kasi po ... ang haba-haba palagi ng pila pag nagpupunta kami dun ~~~ waiting mo sa line ~~~ 2-3 hours ~~~!!! graveeeeeeh~~!!! kaya .. we keep coming back ~~~ baby ~~~ wahihihihi~~~ hindi pa nasisilayan lahat ~~~:( :D okay .. dun naman tayo sa "keeping costumers very happy " ....
ano pa nga ba ? .. para ka kasing nasa wonderland / fantasy pag nandun ka ~~~ forget mo problems ~~~ butas nga lang bulsa ~~~ hahahahahaha~~~~!!!! ! :p :)

Tama si Fremsite..sa Disneyland para kang nasa wonderland pag nandun ka. Happy lalo na pag nameet mo sila Mickey mouse:D . Magastos, kasi lahat ng bibilin mo dun ang mamahal. Kailangan talaga ng budget. :p. Attached ko tong picture taken last feb sa Disneyland.:cool:

Salamat fremsite and Erika. Oo nga ano, hindi lang mga bata pati na rin matatanda ang feeling parang nasa wonderland/fastasyland. Isa nga sa dahilan yong dahil nandon yong mga disney characters that always looks smiling and friendly.

Pero meron pa sigurong mga ibang dahilan ano ?

Ano ang mapapansin natin sa buong paligid, sa mga rides, sa mga kainan at lalung-lalo na sa mga taong nagta-trabaho sa disney ?

May nakita kayong mga nakasimangot na staffs ? May mga questions kayo na hindi sinagot ng maaliwalas ? etc.. etc...

Nga pala ang tawag pala nila sa mga customers nila ay GUESTs, at yong mga nagta-trabaho don ay CASTs.

If Tokyo Disneyland has 2000 employees (assumption) and they have 10 persons at highest level mgmt, 90 next to the highest, 100 midlevel, 800 performers, 1000 field staffs; ( assumption again :) ) how many do you think are in-charge of cleaning up the whole park?

(no worries, there is no wrong answer here, just good or better guess)

Walang sumagot. The answer is 2000, which means all the employees are in-charge of cleaning up the whole park. Not that the president will clean up daily, but 'apparently' it is not uncommon to see their higher level officials pickup or sweep the litters while they walk around the park.

Kaya pala ang linis ng Disneyland/sea. It is just one of the examples. Kaya pala palaging pika-pika o tama sa intended looks (the hunted house look hunted, the old houses look old) ang buong Disney, ay dahil mini-maintain nila iyon at a very frequent basis.

Kaya hindi lang yong ganda ng Disneyland at yong mga Disney characters at parades, dances, rides ang nakaka-mesmerize. Pati yong kalinisan, yong pagiging highly motivated ng mga casts na gawing masaya at highly satisfied ang sinumang guest nila.

Next time I bring my family to Disney, I have different perspectives to observe and appreciate.
