hello sakurai, pano mo naman nasabing nagsipasukan ang mga virus? marami na bang nag o automatic pop ups sa screen mo? or nag red na mismo yung screen? or marami na talagang makukulit na dinadala ka ng kusa sa ibang websites? mas mainam jan i re format na lng para mas malinis. pro kung makkaya pa ng anti virus try to clean it up. :D

sis kaya po ng avg yan kung virus po talaga yan..na try mo na ba i scan all the drivers?avg kasi gamit ko and it's quite reliable...kung marami nagpopop try mo i hide automatic updates mo.baka naman kasi hindi sya virus eh..

based from the info you gave above, please try the ff. steps to try to remove
the trojan horse/virus that infected your laptop:

1. disable all your internet connection(LAN/wireless) then disconnect your LAN cable from the laptop.
2. use disk cleanup (program->accessories->system tools) to clean your system of
unnecessary files, then go to control panel->internet options-> click mo yng delete
cookies tsaka delete files na button (under temporary internet files area).
3. then i-full system scan (scan all files & folders) mo ang laptop using AVG.
4. pag na-detect yung virus sa #3 pero hindi pa rin na-delete, i-start mo ang windows sa safe mode tapos dun mo i-full scan using AVG.

* if all the above steps don't work, try to download AVAST antivirus:

then try mo ulit yung steps above from #1 to #4

additional pala, kung gumagamit ka rin ng firefox as your browser,
before ka mag full system scan, open mo yng firefox (even without internet is OK), then Tools --> Clear Private Data --> check mo lahat ng checkboxes dun, then click 'Clear Private Data Now'.

i think, u better format your pc.. kc kung trojan ung virus mo,.. its a backdoor virus naninira ng files, document or even software at kpag pinatagal mo eh maccira pati hardware,.. its curable kung updated os at anti virus mo.. pati antivirus index..

hello sis..ganyan din sa akin dati ,PC ko napasukan ng virus..Trojan is a virus...ng-download kc ako nun ng fake browser at napasokan ng trojan o virus ng PC ko..at umusok tlga ang tainga ni hubby ko po sa galit:D..2 weeks ako di nakapag-net,nag-alala na ako kc baka di na ako makapag-design..kaya ayun nag-onegai po tlga ako sa hubby ko na ayusin pc ko para matanggal ang virus..ang ginawa ng hubby ko..scan nya lahat ng files sa desktop ko,taz di pa rin matanggal ung trojan..tapos,dini-delete na iyong lahat mga files ko..tapos,dina- download nya ulit ang windows XP,buti na lang daw may back-up disk sya,pina-scan nya ulit..sa awa ng diyos nawala na iyong trojan..ang laki tlga pasalamat ko sa hubby ko po..:) ayun sabi nya sa akin mg-ingat na raw ako sa pagda-download.....try mo delete lahat mga files mo,if may back-up disk ka,download u ulit kung ano programs ng PC mo..and then scan mo ulit para malaman mo kung nawala ba o hindi iyong virus o trojan..:)

diko nga po alam kung sa pag dwnload ko ng mozilla firefox ko nakuha to tapos nung may browser na ko ng mozilla fire fox nag laro ang anak ko sa Y8 ayun na dun na nag simula ang kalbaryo ng laptop ko mukhang malapit na nga magpaalam tong laptop ko :(

na try ko po i download yung spybot at nilinis ginamit ko po ngaun po wala na po lumalabas na threat sa loptop ko but everytime i open my laptop my lumalabas po na Rundll anu po kaya ito?

ibig sabihin po nung error ay na delete na yung trojan file, pero somehow pilit pa rin na ni lo load eto ng windows everytime na nag bo boot kayo.

sorry po dun sa regcure, me bayad nga po yun (sponsor ata yun nung site). at hindi po yun pang alis ng virus, bale, inaayos lang po nito ang system registry nyo.

anyways, try nyo po ccleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/download (http://www.ccleaner.com/download)), tapos i-clean nyo po yung registry.

ganun po ba? naku, mukhang madugo na nga yan. if reinstallation is not an option, baka pwede po i install nyo yung hijackthis na application. tapos post nyo po dito yung log nya. baka pwede natin ma analyze :)
