Filipino restaurants/markets in Tokyo?

Hi! I'm a bit new to the forum and I wasn't sure if this information was posted somewhere already, but.... can anyone point me out to any good Filipino restaurants or markets in Tokyo? I'm near Ikebukuro, but I don't have a problem hopping on a train or two to find a good place to eat... ;)
