Here I am again with my why's. :D

1/ Any business books you know that are written by Filipinos ?

Meron akong isa, hindi ko lang maala-ala ang title at author ngayon. It is about Entrepreneurship. The writer if of course a Filipino entrepreneur.

2/ Same conclusion, or shall we sa impression. KAKAUNTI ANO ? bakit kaya ?

Please list up any Filipino authored biz book you are aware of. Any opinion as to why they are just very few in numbers will also be great to know.

I know 2 Filipino businessmen who wrote books on entrepreneurship and business ethics, Francis Kong & Francisco J. Colayco. Some years back, I was asked to organize a business conference where the 2 guys can come over to Japan to speak to the Filipinos. I'm still waiting for the opportune time to maximize the presence of these succesful Filipino businessmen in Japan....

Francisco J. Colayco books:

WEALTH WITHIN YOUR REACH (PERA MO PALAGUIN MO)
2004 #1 Best Seller in the Philippines
By Francisco J. Colayco

MAKING YOUR MONEY WORK (PERA MO PALAGUIN MO 2)
By Francisco J. Colayco

Starting your financial journey

Here are excerpts from Francisco Colayco’s book Wealth Within Your Reach on how to prepare for financial planning:

1) Know where you are. There are certain stages of financial readiness: Start-up, Buildup, Asset Allocation, and Retirement Stage.

Salamat kabayang ugnayan. I will look up for more Filipino business books when I visit home next month and will provide feedback. Will need/want some ideas about doing business in the Phil, those who are actually doing business(es) there are of course good sources.
