Hello,
I'm writing this if you could give me any suggestion about a good friend of mine caught in a Van with other filipinos and now in immigration custody. My friend has two kids who are going to a Junior High School and elementary respectively. The mother and two kids have filed an appeal but the father is still in the custody. The Immigration would like to deport the family father and still being withheld yet wating for the result of our application for a provisional release. Is there any way or lawyer that you know who could attend their case? They have no money for the lawyer but do you know any charity groups that can help these poor family to get their rights to get a special permit to stay legally in Japan. The father has been in Japan for 16 years and has no any criminal charges against him, paying taxes by deductions from his salary and we all know that many foreigners here overstayin their visa are working in construction comapany and that they paret of building this nation by road construction, building high rises and houses that these Japanes are enjoying to live. I would like to help in making the Ministry of Justice , Immigration , to realize these effort that the illegal aliens as what they call them is also a great asset to their nation. Lets hold hands to insist the governent plan be more sensible on their man made laws, reather than being robots on their own electronic procedures. I am now working on their case so i need a more support for this group please. I am looking forward for any helpful suggestions . thank you very much.
