Hi could you help me translate the things i want to tell my son's teacher.
Because just yesterday my son (10 yrs old)came home crying he said that a boy senior than him hit him with his bag 3 times and choke him .Note that he is not playing with this boy it happened when he was about to leave the school grounds.
So i went to the school right away and talked to the teacher , we are just new here in japan , i was talking to the teacher in english but it seems that he doesnt understand a word I'm saying.
This is what i want to say:
T he incident that happened last friday was an act of bullying , it is not normal and it should be stopped.Regardless of beliefs , upbringing , race, gender or any other thing that makes us different and special , we all deserve to be treated with respect. We are all entitled to common human courtesy. No one has the right to hurt anybody in any form . I want him to relay this message to the boy on monday. Because the teacher requested me not to talk to the boy for he himself will deal with him.

Hi, galit talaga ako.
The following is the translation you requested and it was native-checked.
金曜日に発生した事件はイジメ です。
それは異常なことであり、再発を防止せねば なりません。
信条、生い立ち、人種や性差など、私たちを 差別化、特別化する諸々のことに関わらず、 我ら全ては一定の敬意をもって遇せらるに値 する存在なのであります。
我々全ては、人類共通の礼節にふさわしいの です。
何人たりともどのような方式であれども、他 者を傷つける権利はないのです 。
My suggestion is that you will show the following to the teacher, too.
先生お一人でなく、学校全体でこの問題に取 り組んでいただきたいと思いま す。
(I want the whole shool to deal with this problem, not by yourself alone, sensei)
不適切な対応が続く場合は、教育委員会指導 課長に報告せざるを得ません。
(I have no choice but to report to the manager of School guidance diivision of Board of Education, in case your handling of this case is inadequite.)

>何人
This word is usually pronounced as "nan-nin" and it means several people, or how many people.
But in the context above, in the phrese "何人たりとも”, it is pronounced as "nan-pito" and it means whosoever, or whomsoever, or together with a negative, it means no one.

Hi sisteract,
Bullying is pretty common in every school regardless of what country it's in.
You've made the right decision for talking to the teacher, but I think it is also a good idea to encourage your son to defend himself or at least try. Because if he doesn't, it might affect his self-esteem in the long run, not to mention that it could also make the bullying more frequent.
Predators stalk their potential prey, so they could pick the weakest and the most vulnerable prey available. I think we humans are the same way. Just my opinion on this matter. :)
Regarding the translation, I'm sorry hindi ko pa master ang nihonggo eh. :O
good day...mam puting tainga... much better siguro kung lagyan nyo na rin ng romanji ang translation... thanks...:)

Sige, heto ang romaji.
However, the translation is meant to be printed out and thus in old fashioned written language, hence it would be a bit strage to talk in that way.
Colloquial expression is added below to make comparison.
金曜日に発生した事件はイジメ です。
Kin-yo-bi ni hassei shita jiken wa ijime desu.
Kin-yo nowa ne, are wa ijime yo.
それは異常なことであり、再発 を防止せねば なりません。
Sore wa ijo na koto de ari, saihatsu o boshi seneba narimasen.
Okkashii yo, yame sase nakuhca.

Daredatte sa, gaijin datte sa, onna datte sa,
我ら全ては一定の敬意をもって 遇せらるに値 する存在なのであります。
warera subete wa ittei no keii o motte guseraru ni atai suru sonzai nano de arimasu.
Chanto mite hosii no yo.
我々全ては、人類共通の礼節に ふさわしいの です。
Ware ware subete wa jinrui kyotusu no reisetsu ni husawashii no desu.

Yaccha ikenai kotoga an no yo, wakaru?
The following is in polite Japanese and Ok to be said aloud, though the contens may be threatening to the school.
先生お一人でなく、学校全体で この問題に取 り組んでいただきたいと思いま す。
Sensei ohitori dewa naku, gakko zentai de kono mondai ni torikunde itadakitai to omoimasu.
