My brother and I put up a roofing and trusses business that started around the end of 2004.
Our services are supply of the roofing and trusses materials and provide the labor/services involved with putting new roofs and trusses, and also doing repairs.
We are based in Paranaque, but can cover also locations around the Metro.
We have lots of advantages that make us very competitive:
1/ we buy materials directly from the roof/trusses maker/plants (ie: Puyat steel)
2/ we have our own office and most of our employees are from our neighborhood.
hence our operational overhead is kept at minimum. our agents/project leads
move around using motorcycle, which also adds up to the effiency.
3/ we have several veterans (project estimators, project leaders, and lateros)
in roofing and trusses jobs. They have many years of experience under their belt
We have since done lots of projects, from homes to warehouses, and we are proud
that all of our clients are happy with the quality of our works.
For big projects, we work with the engineers responsible for the project.
If you are planning to build your own home somewhere around M.Mla, or you need to have your home's roofing/trusses repaired, we will be able to provide you the quality your are looking for, at reasonable pricing as well.
