By the way, Smart Money is a Local Debit Card it can only be used in the Phils... im not very sure, nung meron ako nyan dati local debit card pa lang sya... i guess di nga pede kc phil peso ang nakapasok dun sa card... be sure to check the Smart homepage also... http://www.smart.com.ph/SMART/Value+Added+Services/Smart+Money/
