New rules(laws) again for entertainer and alike here in Japan

there are another revision on the rules(laws) pertaining to all foreigners came here in japan with entertainer visa. kindly check the link below. the new rules will take effect starting on JUNE 1, 2006.

with this new rules, talagang mahihirapan ng pumasok ang mga entertainer kahit artista sa atin dito sa japan. the page are written in japanese. i just dont have time to translate it. pabasa nyo na lang sa mga kaibigan nyong marunong ng japanese. i just scan it, and the following is what i find.

entertainer visa can only avail if the applicant passed the requirement below:
1. graduated in a course pertaining to entertaining with a two or more years curriculum
2. have already experienced 2 or more years working abroad in entainment field.

Sori hindi ko po mabasa eh kasi wala yong tiga basa ko....:) pero kung talagang ma-implement po talaga yan, sobrang hirap naman at kawawa naman ang kababayan natin na mga entertainers, pero siguro kailangan na talagang maghigpit dahil sa nangyayari sa bansa nila na almost gaikokujin ang involve..........:)

pero dun sa paliwanag ni striver.. no.2 ang pasado sa mga kakilala ko na until now eh di pa makabalik dito sa japan bilang entertainer... kasi naman dun sa no.1 kadalasan ang sinasabi ng mga taong makikitid ang utak :shutup: mag aaral ka nga at magtatapos ng kolehiyo..pagpuputa :shutup: lang pala babagsakan..e di wag na mag aral... kaya yan tuloy..
if everpo ba ma-approve ang batas na yan..kahit ba 3rd timer na o mas higit pa ang experience sa pag e-entertainer pero di tapos ng high school..di pa rin po kaya pwedeng makabalik ng japan?

ganun na pala ang magong revision dito sa okazaki,gamagori and bandang toyohashi ang dami ng nagsara na omise yung iba indo,thai,romania and russia jin na pumalit at mura na daw.....yung iba kong kakilala na stock talaga sa pinas mahirap na daw makakuha ng visa as entertainer dito but ang latest daw ay ang puntahan ng mg pinoy entertainers are in shangai and korea but must abonai dun kasi iba ang culture ng chinese and korean.

The Ministry of Justice entry Bureau of Administrative Services
Ministry of Justice, March 13th, "the Ministerial ordinance which decides the standard of emigration and immigration management and the refugee recognition method seventh provision first section second number" (standard Ministerial ordinance) did part amendment. i think we have the same dream. to change our image.

sa tinggin ko depende sa demand. what can we do kung mas ma-taas ang demand sa entertainers kesa sa IT,Engineers at Nurses? isa pang problema, ay ang language barrier, specially for our nurses. how can they work if they don't know the language. we are considering the life of the patients, masyadong malaki ang responsibilty. unlike the entertainers.

since mayroon nang bagong law regarding the entertainers, let us monitor. who knows, baka may susunod na ANITA na lilitaw in the process. the world is looking at this human traficking monkey business. this time, i think, japan will be very carefull. :)
