Nung makita ko tong site nato, naisip ko.. ganito na ba katalamak ang bentahan ng kaalaman. Which is bad for some programmers... why?
Some system company dont need to hire in-house programmer just to build a system for them or for their clients. Causing some programmers getting hard to find job...kasi mas marami silang makikita sa site nato na professional programmers but working in a small amount which is a big advantage for the system company not pay high but got the same and effecient service. Bakit kailangan pa nilang mag-hire ng fulltime or in-house staff to do the job, diba?
Pero sa kabilang banda, this is also a big advantage for those who are well experienced in programming. Pero papano kung matapos na ang project at wala ka nang makuha ulit na client? Wala ka na naman trabaho diba?
And for newly graduates? May pag-asa pa kaya sila? Parang mahirap na para sa kanila diba?
Kung meron lang sanang licensing ang programming job.. like doctors, engineers and others.. hindi siguro aabot sa ganito.
But I wanna try this site, but i need members in a team for a rapid development of a project if ever.
Or if some of you guys out there already have a team for system development.. you check this out..
