Help, I copied some files to my CD which is CD-RW para maovertime ko siya before sleep.
I bought NEC laptop VersaPro VJ14M/EX-W Windows XP, then worked till 3am para makapag TF ako the next day (adik). :sleep: :sleep: :sleep: Save ko sana siya pero hindi masave sa CD, kaya ini-save ko na lang sa laptop.


Ehto lumabas:

”このCD-ROMドライブのファイルは読み取り専用で す。　このCD-ROMドライブへファイルをコピーまたは移 動することはできません”

takot ako kalikutin...ano gagawin ko. bobits ako pagdating sa PC, puro nihonggo pa eh hindi ko naman lahat mababasa .:cry: :cry: :cry: mendoukusai...ayokon g magpipindot pag hindi ko alam.

Right click your mouse, go to properties... Tingnan mo kung naka check yung box saying 読み取り専用. Remove the check. Then try to transfer again the file. Please check also your driver speed, baka masyadong mabilis at di compatible yung CD-RW sa computer mo kaya kahit kopyahin mo di makopya, nauubos lang yung space mo sa CD tapos di mo na siya magagamit.

It says that your file in your CD is read only.. meaning you already have the file in your CD.. be specific.. may laman ba ang CD mo? or wala?

Since you already have the back-up file in your laptop.. forget about your CD.. but if you really want to fix the problem.. try to post some screen shot...

a couple of questions lang po...

- i'm assuming you already copied the files to the cd. if you look in windows explorer, can you see the files you transferred?

- were you trying to edit/update/revise the files you copied into the cd then save it? because if you were, you can't edit these files. unless you copy them to your HD, edit them and save and burn them again to another cdrw.

a rough translation of ”このCD-ROMドライブのファイルは読み取り 専用で す。　このCD-ROMドライブへファイルをコピーま たは移 動することはできません” is
"The file of this CD-ROM drive and does with read-only.The file copy or transferring/changing motion it is not possible to this CD-ROM drive to do, ".

mawalang galang na po.

base po sa pagkakaintindi ko, may files kau sa cd-rw na binuksan then minodify. after ma-modify gusto nyo i-save. tama po ba?

kung ganito po ang sitwasyon, di kau pwede mag save ng derecho sa cd kasi unang-una existing ung file sa cd na di pwedeng i-overwrite unless gagamit kau ng burning software like nero, etc. lahat po kasi ng files pag nasa loob ng isang cd maging rw pa ito o hindi eh may write-protect na attribute.

since na save nyo naman ung modified file/s nyo. rename nyo n lng po sya then drag&drop nyo na lang sa cd-rw nyo.

Un nga rin iniisip ko....kase binili ko un laptop na wlang nakainstall for 6万. Tapos lahat ng software installations na ginawa ko dito sa Fujitsu desktop, yun din ang ginamit kong pag install sa NEC.
Nagkamali ako ng bili eh...bobo:D sa PC. Binitbit ko nlng tong laptop at nagprint ng copy tpos pinatype ko nlng ulit dito. Ayoko ng magtrabaho muna hanggat di ko nasosolve tong pagcopy ko ng file.
So anong software would you suggest? Walaaaaa talaga akong alam :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

Nakacopy ko un file from Fujitsu ko, then ginamit ko un laptop while editing tapos hindi ko masave on that CD. I've read that one "copy in HD" pero in nihonggo kaya putol ang pagkakaintindi ko. I did that one too, pero hindi ko ma-copy sa CD.:confused:

GOTCHA!!! you cannot do that.. editing file directly from your CD... gomen ne. :)

Try to copy it from other virtual device then after editing save it in another CD.. or other peripheral device... mas maganda kung may thumb drive ka or flash drive na tinatawag nila.. dun mo na lang i-save.. or follow pro2V5 suggestion..

you can't edit burned files on a cd. copy it muna to your HD, edit it then re-save it na lang to the cd.

Ginawa ko na rin po yan, pareho lang ng lumalabas. Copied it to HD tpos dun ko inedit, renamed, dragged sa CD.

@sensei, did you close yung session when you burned the files? if you did, you can't transfer files anymore to that cd.

yup. Hindi ko ma-open un new CD na CD-RW, I couldn't possibly write/copy on that new CD kase 読み取れません　cannot read daw.

as what prov25 said, you can try downloading the updated driver/s from the manufacturer's website and installing them.

it is possible that your cd drive's drivers may have been corrupted.

Ganyan din po kase ako dati nung medyo wala pang alam sa cd burning or copying files to cd.

Di po kase talaga pwede ang basta diretso nyong ikokopya yung files sa cd,dapat po may software/ application program kayo na gagamitin sa pagkokopya ng file.:)

Bili ka ng DELL laptop, mura lang at madaling gamitin. Bago na yung bilin mo kung puede para walang gano problema. Puede ka buy online. I customize mo na lang o bili ng standard set. Di mo kailangan bumili ng very large HDD. Yung ibang data mo, instead ilagay mo sa CD, or store sa HDD ng laptop, store mo sa portable HDD, maliit lang at manipis. Mag crash man yung computer mo, save ang data mo, kahit kanino kang computer maki connect basta same OS, puede mo ma access data mo. Sige good luck. Sana mabenta mo yung laptop mo.

paki check mo ung front cover ng cd drive mo. pag cd lang sya, nakalagay dun eh compact DISK. pag cdr naman, nakalagay eh compact DISK rewritable. ...etc. etc.

if kung sakali, hindi compact DISK ung nakalagay malamang na may problema ka lang sa driver/s since sa device manager mo eh recognize lang sya as CD-ROM.

pagkabili mo ng USB flash drive mo, saksak mo lang sya sa USB port ng laptop mo. wait for a few seconds kasi mag-o-automatic install ung driver. open your windows explorer and there you go. may additional drive ka na. drag&drop n lng. you can edit and save your work na din sa mismong drive.

ingat lang sensei sa pag remove mo n sya sa laptop mo. kasi you need to stop that device muna para safe. right click lang naman ito sa task bar. hanap mo lang ung icon na ganito ang description ハードウェアの安全な取り外し pag open nung window. highlight mo lang ung USB flash disk mo at select stop. after nung pwede mo na sya hugutin sa laptop at isaksak sa desktop mo.:D

Yes I was able to rewrite and edit the file to cd hindi lang ma-save kaya nasa laptop pa rin.
Kaya nagtanong ako sa TF members.
Actually, that file was copied from my desktop, naread lang ng laptop ko.
I think tama un suggestion about that USB.

kasi you mentioned that yung drive mo is only a cd-rom drive (read capability only).

pero since nakapag-burn ka using the very same drive, read/write capable siya. so hindi lang siya cd-rom.

oh well...hindi na po ako mang gugulo. :)

sabi ng frend ko dito, if DVD RAM capable ang laptop, drag and drop na lang yung files sa optical drive without the use burning or writing software. if not DVD ram, beter yet install some DLA (drive letter access) software to enjoy the drag and drop copying.:D is it true???:confused:
