"disk burner or software not found"

hello po sa mga ka TF.

magtatanong at magpapaturo narin po ako sa problema ko tungkol sa pagbu-burn ng cd. ang gamit ko po ay itunes. nakapag burn na po ako ng mga limang cd (songs) at yung huling album na ibuburn ko sana eh nag appear po ito " disk burner or software not found" baket po kaya... wala po akong masyadong alam sa computer sana po matulungan nyo ako.

Hindi ko pa nakita personally ang ganyang error but mukhang madalas na lumalabas iyan.
Dati merong error (pero iba diyan) nang naginstall ako ng Itunes 6 sa windows xp. Ang ginawa ko nag uninstall at reinstall lamang ako.
Siguraduhin mo na kapag nag uninstall ka ng Itunes, uninstall mo rin ang Quicktime (lahat pati lumang version ng quicktime). Then i reinstall mo ulit ang itunes
Magagawa mo iyan sa Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs

ok na po yung itunes ko nag kakapag- burn na ako uli. nag re-start ako at sinubukan ko mag burn ayun gumana naman , pero kung ano talaga dahilan bat error sya di ko parin alam sagot.... pero hapi na uli ako at nagagamit ko uli.
