sorry, but SIPphone (http://www.sipphone.com) is not a telephone card like Brastel. it's a VoIP service like Skype (http://www.skype.com) or Gizmo (http://www.gizmoproject.com/). if you have a computer and a DSL line at home, you can make calls to regular phones without having to pay the telephone company. computer-to-computer calls are free but calls to regular phones are not. rates are cheaper than Brastel but you need a credit card or paypal account to buy credits.
