hi to everyone! i just want to ask if staying too long in the Philippines will affect my visa in Japan. Actually, i have a permanent visa and still have 2 years left for my re-entry permit. I'm just in a bit worry coz i read from other threads that an eijuken holder should return to Japan at least once a year to maintain the validityof hie/her permanent visa. How true is this? Thanks!!!!!

i have a small buss. here in manila and my kids already attained their dual citizenship. i got my permanent residency 2 years before pa kong magestablish ng buss.. dun sa first 3 years ng buss. ko eh i still managed to go back of couse visit my husband which is a japanese at least twice a year. my kids are attending their primary school sa Pinas. dun naman sa question mo, i'm legally married to a japanese with 2 kids. yung purpose is to get back easily sa japan and avail all the priveleges that japan could offer. kaya lang it so happened nga that i was fortunate enough to have this small pagkakakitaan thing d2 sa pinas plus the fact that my kids are studying here. so my mere worry is kung magkakaproblema kaya ako if i will stay here for long. syanga pala, i still have a 2 year re-entry permit left. thanks for the reply though.

ok na get ko na ang purpose mo, ngayon ang worry mo lang is your pr na ma maintain ito di ba? so para ma maintain mo ito, try to come regularly at dalawin mo ang mister mo, since he is living here naman pala. at the same time mister mo naman siya at kailangan din ang care mo. it's a give and take process lang, of course kailangan ka rin ng kalinga ng mga anak mo, pero may asawa ka rin dito na kailangan din ang kalinga mo bilang asawa.
about your business there, pwede naman siguro kahit isa, dalawang linggo o isang buwan ay ipagkatiwala mo sa isang mapagkakatiwalaan, para makapunta ka lang dito at tignan ang kalagayan ng mister mo, alam mo minsan kahit di nagsasalita si mister kahit paano gusto rin niya na sama sama kayong namumuhay dito dahil ito ang bansa niya, gusto niyang makapiling ang mga anak niya dahil sila ay kadugo niya.
hindi mo dapat problemahin yan, try to come regularly and visit your husband.

dear,i'm holding a permanent visa for almost 10 yrs, wala akong makitang diprensya doon as long your re entry permit is valid, basta permanent visa ka ke me asawa ka o wala wala na sila halos pakialam sa iyo, kung medyo doubt ka pa rin better ask the immigration office for more information at ma less ang fear mo.

sis hyper,
kung gusto mong mag stay sa pilipinas ng matagal o saan man bansa ay walang
problema yun. as long as you have a re-entry permit at may maiiwan kang

gaya ng sabi ni lucia, it should be no problem as long as valid ang re-entry mo at may address ka rito sa japan.
well, in fact may kilala akong gumagawa nya. they are in old age and they have children both in the phils. and japan and they don't what to undergo the hassle of applying for tourist visa everytime they go here to visit their children & apo so, they just maintain their permanent visa.
