Good day TF family.
I would like to acquire information regarding the procedure and requirements for marriage visa application with a Filipina having permanent status. She has been divorced for 4 years now. I am an overstay for more than a year and I still have my passport bearing my real name. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Pag apply mo nga po pala ng solemnization of marriage, mag apply ka na rin po ng new passport (kung expired lang po yung passport mo ngayon, kund hindi naman, no need po.).
Pagkatapos mo pong makakuha ang marriage license at passport. Have Marriage License translated to Japanese. Then punta po kayong dalawa ng wife mo sa Immigration to apply for your Permission of Special Status of Residence para matanggal po yung status mo na bilog.
Eto naman po ang requirements sa Immigration. Kung documents are in English, please make sure to have them translated in Japanese.

Also, is the one requestd via NSO hotline has already been passed for authentication from Malacanang and DFA or does it have to go through with these offices after i received the authenticated birth certificate from NSO? For the second requirement, from what office among the three choices will i have to forward my request first? Thanks for your immediate response and hoping for your feedback.

That was a typo :D You need 2 copies only, not 20. Sorry about that.
The documents requested via NSO hotline will not be authenticated.
First you have to get NSO Document, then have it authenticated by Malacanang then DFA.

Sa NSO din po mangagaling yan. Dadalhin sa Malacanang, tapos DFA. Pagsabayin mo po ang birth certificate at Non Availability Record of Marriage para isang lakaran lang.
