just want to ask about my visa when can i apply for my permanent visa?do i have to stay here in japan or i mean leave here in japan for 3yrs.before i apply for my PR?please anyone have a good heart and experienced katimog advice me specially requirements in applying for PR.by the way i have a son with me right now.thanks in advance.

What is your current status now? How long have you stayed in Japan? There is a similar thread about permanent residency requirements, please do a search for it. Meanwhile, you can read about permanent residency requirements from here (http://www.debito.org/permres.html).

bago matapos yang 3 yrs visa mo.. pwede mo ng i~apply.... pag ok ang background status (in general)ng husband mo .. meaning may stable na job, nagbabayad ng tax pwede mo ng i~apply.... read mo yung link na binigay ni firifinjin san .. para makakuha ka pa ng maraming information .. good luck:)

good day to each and everyone here in tfc.gusto ko lang po sanang itanong kung sino dito sa inyo ang me mga PR na status kasi ako sitwasyon ko is divorce na then single parent ako i have one child his 9 yrs. now kasama ko siya dito sa japan holding a japanese passport.ang status ko dito ngayon sa japan is longterm resident with 3years visa then gusto ko sanang itanong dito sa inyo kung ano ano ang mga requirements na needed ng nyukan yun detalyado sana kasi mag isa lang ako sa buhay mahirap kumuha ng mag papers kailangan ko pang mag absent para ma secure ko lahat lahat.im working right now and paying taxes too.bale we arrive here in japan last march 7,2004.sana meron naman makatulong sa akin para sa pag apply ko ng PR.

Also, please do a forum search first for any information that you need. To answer your question about PR requirements. Please visit this site (http://www.immi-moj.go.jp/english/tetuduki/t_main.html#zairyuu) . For the documents you need, try this site (http://www.pis.or.jp/visa/eijyu/eijyu.htm) (Japanese only). However, you really need to call the nearest immigration office for the list of documents that apply to you.
