Pls Advice how to maarry again if your permanent Residence

Hello to all member...Just ask and pls. reply me about this matter I need advice.

.Kong ako ay permanent res. divorce sa aking husband na Japanese. and I want to re-marry . ano ang mga kailangan kong gawin pag nag pakasal ako sa guy na ito sa ibang bansa. at ano ang aking gagawin para ma kuha ko ang mapapa ngasawa ko pag ikinasal na kami..wala dito ang guy in other country..ano ang mga kailanagan ko para kakuha ko sya at anong mga papers ko and dapat i pakita as a requirmentsa pag papakasal ulit dapat ba akong may trabaho at nag babayad ng tax?... may anak akong isa dito sa hapon...at ano ang magiging Visa status nya..sempre ako sponsor nya kailangan ba akong mag divorce din sa Phil. dahil doon kami kinasal ng asawa kong hapon..

Pls..advice me who has this kind of stution na nag pakasal ulit..pero hendi na sa Hapon.

depende kung saan bansa ka magpapakasal. bawat bansa, may kanya-kanyan requirements. mas maganda siguro kung sabihin mo kung saan bansa para masagot ang tanong mo.

tungkol naman kung kailangan mong mag file ng divorce sa Pilipinas. Wala po tayong divorce sa Pilipinas. Kailangan mo pong magfile ng REPORT Of DIVORCE sa Philippine Embassy Tokyo.

Sabi nga po sa website nila, eto po ang requirements para magfile ng ROD. Available ang form for download dito (http://www.tokyope.org/downloadsframe.html)

Report of Divorce (ROD)

Requirements:
1. Duly Accomplished Divorce Application Form (Form Available at the Information Counter) - submit one (1) Copy

2. Koseki Tohon of previous Japanese spouse - present original copy and submit three (3) copies

3. Verified/Translated KosekiTohon (English) - Submit three (3) copies of the translation. Verification/Translation is done at the Embassy.

4. Report of Marriage (If married in Japan or outside the Philippines) or Marriage Contract (If married in the Philippines) - submit three (3) Copies

5. Passport (Data page & Picture Page) or Travel Document - present original copy and submit three (3) copies

6. Photocopy off Applicant's Birth Certificate

FEES: Basic Fee ¥ 5,250
Translation Fee (of Koseki Tohon) ¥ 5,250
Total ¥10,500 Para makuha mo po ang magiging asawa mo dito, yes, kailangan na may work ka at nagbabayad ng tax.

About your son naman, ano po ba ang status ng anak mo?
