Guyz, lets assume that i all have the required documents from my guarantor who is my brother in law(Japanese). Now, what i need to know what sort of documents should i prepair aside from the documents that are posted in the embassys website to be submitted in the embassy here in the Philippines.
Do i need to prepair my bank account certification (i dont have a big savings) even if the guarantor will shoulders all my expenses in Japan?. Well , i do have my social ties(my 4 year old and 2 yr old children) which i believe this will make them believe that i should be back in the Philippines. What are documents should i bring to be brought during interview???:rolleye s: aside for m the basic requirments.
Can you guyz help me with my doubts and fears... i dont wanna get denied .

Thanks a lot.

I presume you are applying for a 'visiting relatives' visa. Whatever documents listed by the Japanese government (from the applicant) should be adequate. Complete all of it and you should be fine. When you go the the embassy for an interview, they will tell you if they want any other document aside from those listed.

Just an advice. The Japanese government is getting very strict towards granting visas. Sometimes, applicants are denied a visa to Japan just because they have questionable characters and their motives for visiting Japan are suspicious. On the other hand, most are granted a visa. Be sure you have everything absolutely complete before going to the embassy. Hindi acceptable sa kanila yung 'to follow na lang yung other document' or 'hindi ba puede itong document na lang' style. Applicants who are like these will most likely be denied a visa.

By the way, you sound desperate for a Japanese visa. Why?

my answers and opinions...
presuming you are applying for a temporary visitor's visa, better for you to write a good explanation letter why an adult person like you with 2 young children and dont have big money in the bank want to temporary spend time sightseeing or visiting relatives in japan instead of working hard and be with your children.
also, its better if your guarantor in jpn(brod in law) explains too why he is inviting you and state his reasons why he is willing to shoulder your expenses considering you are not a minor nor a senior citizen.

Do i need to prepair my bank account certification (i dont have a big savings) even if the guarantor will shoulders all my expenses in Japan?.

it said in the basic requirements list that you dont need a bank statement if your guarantor will shoulder the expenses.in my my own interpretation, gener alize na yun para sa bata, matanda, adult,e tc.
if you are the consul, madali ba na bigyan ng visa ang isang male adult na walang big savings sa banko na pumunta sa japan at magpapalibre ng expenses sa relative doon?kung ako siguro ang consul, doubtful ang dating sa akin kaya its better na ayusin mo ang bak statement mo kahit paano lang.

Well , i do have my social ties(my 4 year old and 2 yr old children) which i believe this will make them believe that i should be back in the Philippines.

social ties like children and family will help you in obtaining visa if you can show enough economic and financial stability but if not,mas makakabigat lang sila sa application mo.

What are documents should i bring to be brought during interview???:rolleye s: aside for m the basic requirments.

just bring those dox and come in appropriate attire.

Can you guyz help me with my doubts and fears... i dont wanna get denied .

i have some copies of visa explanation letters in my computer. i can send you copies para maging sample.

Hi ganda_gurl89,

Thank you very much for the samples you send to my email add, i know it will really helps a lot. However may mga tanong pa po ako na nais ko sanang malinawan...

1.Do i really need to submit that explaination letter?

2. I send the guarantor letter and the invitation letter(which i downloaded it from the embassy's web) to my guarantor to be filled up by him , pag na filled up ba nang guarantor ko ang invitation letter ko nandoon na po ba pati reasons ko for visit ko? curious lang ako kasi hindi kami masyadong close sa bayaw kung hapon na kakaunti lang ang alam sa english, and i am having a hard time to ask him about those words inprited in japanese fonts. Kasi baka hindi mag katugma ang explaination letter ko at ang reasons for inviting nya.

Please share it to me your knowledge about this matters and i will greatly appreciate it, thank you...thank you...thank you.
:) :) :)

I got it, i got your point, ganda_gurl89. Maayos na presentation ng mga dokumento at maliwanag na explenasyon.

Yes, of course i can answer it al by myself. what i need is just an advice na what if, kasi may mga documents na hindi ko kayang isubmit, an example of is my Bank account what if i cant submit this document which i really dont have it kasi biente mil lang ang laman nang banko ko, alangan naman na isusubmit ko pa yun, what for?

Now, what i needed to know if this bank statement thing is really a compulsory dox to submit in the consuls office, when my trip expenses are totally sponsored by my guarantor. Do i get exemption for the bank statement? Kasi hindi naman nakalagay sa required dox ang bank statement, they only say "e.g. applicant's economic or social ties with the Philippines, urgent reasons for visit: medical certificate, wedding invitation" : http://www.ph.emb-japan.go.jp/visa-english/visiting_relatives_u pdated.htm . kasi nakalagay dito is economic OR social ties with the philipphines and i do only have social ties which is my family.:) :) :)
