hi mga sisters tanong lang po tungkol sa passport ng anak ko maeexpired na sa feb.2007 at halimbawa nasa pinas pa rin siya di na po ba siya pwedeng bumalik ng japan dahil expired na ung passport niya?or pwedeng ipa extend by mail ung passport niya para makabalik uli siya ng japan?at papano po ba maging pilipino citizenang anak ko kasi sa japan po siya pinanganak kaya japanese po siya.

I am not a 'sister' but I will try to answer.
If your daughter is a japanese national holding a japanese passport in the philippines. She can have the passport renewed at the Japanese embassy in Manila. I would advise for you to have your daughter's passport renewed 6 months before it expires. Do not wait until the last minute.

As for your other question, please visit the Tokyo Philippine Embassy website (http://www.tokyope.org/), click on consular services--->legal documents---> report of birth. You can also do a quick search in the forum for 'Report of Birth'.

naku thank u firipinjin ,salamat talaga sa reply mo :) meron pa kong tanong pwede?kasi ung passport nya dati eh sa kyushu pa dati tapos andito na kmi sa osaka .pwede ka yang dito ko na lang iextend un?:) at saan kaya dito may alam ka ba?

Every prefecture has a passport office. This is different from the city hall. Please go to your local city hall and ask where the passport office is.
