Oo puede.
Pero hindi mo maaaring install natively ang Windows OS sa Mac machine na iyan.
Kailangan mo ng tinatawag na PC Emulator. Click here (http://www.macwindows.com/emulator.html#WinonM ac)for a list ng mga kilalang emulators. You can try Virtual PC for Mac from Microsoft.
Refer to the section about PC Emulators for Mac OS X on PowerPC G3, G4, and G5.

Duon sa list na binigay ko sa iyo you can also try the cheapest one. The VPC Helper (http://www.infamus.com/vpchelper/).
This one Bochs (http://bochs.sourceforge.ne t/cgi-bin/topper.pl?name=See+A ll+Releases&url=http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.phpqmrkgro up_ideq12580) is free, needless to say try it at your own risk.

Regarding how to get Microsoft Virtual PC for free. Cannot give you that information. :O
I think you are not a computer/internet newbie so i suggest you look around, explore the latest technology available and be a little more resourceful ;)
