ask lang po nakalimutan po kasi ng friend ko password niya sa laptop and hindi nya mabuksan,may possibility pa po ba na ma-open nya ulit laptop nya?ano po ba dapat gagawin?

Maitatanong mo ba sa kaibigan mo kung anong klaseng password ang nakalimutan niya?
Heto ang 3 sa common password na naiseset sa computer.
1. BIOS password -- if so, post the model of the machine.
2. WINDOWS / OS PASSWORD -- if so name what Operating System
3. HARD DISK( A.T.A. ) PASSWORD -- if so post the model of the machine and the hard disk type.

I-confirm mo muna sana kung alin dyan ang nakalimutan niya. :)

Best way reinstall your operating system;)

if the password set in the BIOS is the one forgotten, wala ng way to solve it i think. if the password being set is the password in the windows or OS, maybe there is still another way.

if your OS is Windows XP Home Edition,
1. try to boot your computer in SAFE MODE.
2. doing that, you can access to your computer as an administrator. no password needed.
3. then kung nakapasok ka na as administrator to your computer, initialize the password of the user.
4. then reboot your computer.
5. then try to login again using your new password.

Bios Password - Puede pa din po marecover kahit laptop..just need to reset your CMOS Bat.
HDD Password - Puede pa rin po pero mabusisi at matrabaho.

Windows Password or Admin Password : Puede pa rin po pero mas matrabaho..kung wla ka naman impt documents sa PC mo or laptop mo.. Kung meron man puede mo kalasing ang HDD mo then gawin mo slave sa ibang PC to access .
pagwala naman impt. Try to reinstall mo nlang ang OS mo ..

.. sa desktop pcs kasi ,you can just remove the lithium battery in the motherboard and the password is reset. not sure sa laptop if it has one. try typing administrator sa username (without the password).
