yahoo phone out...problem!!!

i avail the yahoo phone out service this is PC to Phone call and let you call international. the problem is though i have the balance i still cant make a call. i sent lots of messages to their yahoo customer sevice but with no luck they dont reply on any of my quiries.

another thing is im worried becuase i used my credit card to avail their product i gave all the details pertaining with my credit card information.

is there someone out there who also avail of this product? have you encounter this same problem?

please help for those people who have more knowledge in this high tech world i really appreciate the help you can give me:)

I think this service is for US residents only yata,im not sure ha? Wait for others opinion ,since youre using yahoo ,why dont you use the yahoo bb phone for international calls,mura din naman duon e. If you have finished the transactions and gave your credit card info.Ithink its final and no refund for the payment youved gave.Its only my opinion ha.Call them on the phone to clear it out!:)

i'm using yahoo phone out for more than 1 month and never experience any problem. to confirm your current remainig account, view the tab in the yahoo messenger (in dollar unit) beside the phone in in the middle section. and to dial internationally, after setting your location (which is japan), input "001" then country code+local number.

been usin that service for mos now, so far so good! and its really the cheapest way to call sa pinas lalo na paglandline...o nga pala heres what you need to check.. go to youre yahoo msgrs menu then preferences then click connection, sa akin kasi i choose phils so pag nag dada dial ako pag mobile diretso na but pag landline just put 02 first if nasa manila, and about the credit card thing oh well thats the only way to pay it hehe but i guess secure naman sya the only thing wag mo lang i save ang card info mo after buying delete that kasi save nila yan para sa pag bili mo ulit...then when you buy again lagay mo sya ulit :D ....:)

Tama sila mikan baka hindi mulang alam kung paano mag dial.maybe hindi mo rin na set yung preference mo kaya hindi ka maka contact.nangyari din yan sa akin and i sent them my problems sa yahoo costumer service.mabilis naman ang reply nila kaya na solve kaagad yung problem ko.so try nalang ulit and adjust the preference setting mo.goodluck!sa credit card naman no problem kasi secured yung transaction ng yahoo.once again goodluck!

salamat po sa mga inputs pero i checked everything naman po before i start dialing una yung preference ang nilagay ko is Japan then dun sa upper part ng messenger which is ilalagay ko na yung number na gusto ko tawagan is ganito 81 -code number ng Japan 63 country code ng pinas lastly (mobile number ng nanay ko) then ganito po lagi ang lumalabas na message sa window--------------------------------------->
