A major earthquake occurred at 02:46:30 (UTC) on Tuesday, August 16, 2005. The magnitude 7.2 event has been located in NEAR THE EAST COAST OF HONSHU, JAPAN. The hypocentral depth was estimated to be 53 km (33 miles). (This event has been reviewed by a seismologist.)

ayos lang kami dito... malakas at medyo matagal yung lindol... pero sanay na rin kami kaya ok lang... kawawa yung mga pauwi galing dito, stranded kasi tigil lahat ng train...

i was on the 7th floor then suddenly an earthquake occurred. Wow, that was really very strong. I had to hurry to the fire exit then waited for whatever may eventually happen. Thanks God i am O.K.

When I went back to my apartment, some stuff fell from its original place and i had to clean. pati rin sa 実験室 yung mga 圧力容器 bumagsak! Buti na lang Ar gas lang ang naiwang nakabukas! It was really an experience.

Ohh my goodness......I didn't even feel the earthquake...I was on the moving train heading Korakuen station. when they announced the earthquake.....Thank s God....we were safe... and the people surrounds us, my friend told me about the earthquake.....and how strong it was, until I got home....
