LOST - The TV Series

I have not been able to see any Hollywood TV series (all episodes one after the other) since I first set foot in Japan years ago. Last year, I wanted to see '24' but didn't have the knack to actually do it. Recently, I've been meaning to watch the series LOST from the very beginning. If I am not mistaken, there are 7 DVDs in season 1 and another 7 DVDs in season 2. Buying the whole DVD set will take me back 16,000 yen. I wanted to buy it online from iTunes for $34.99 for each season but since I had a japanese iTunes account, I wasn't able to. Might as well go to Tsutaya to borrow the entire season 1 and 2. Has anybody seen this series from the beginning? Are the plots in each episode exciting?

nakita ko na ung mini trailer nya..
mini trailer palang talagang nakaka engganyo na itong panoorin.. :king:
dito nga sa pinag rerentahan namin ni hubby ko..meron ng LOST dvd series..
kaso naman.. for 2 days palang pwedeng hiramin ang isa.. kasi nga bago palang..
kaya wait na lang namin na pwede ng 1 week na i-rent.. para mas maganda ang watching diba :D
saka ngayon..tinatapos palang namin un PRISON BREAK dvd series din..

mahal naman kung bibilhin mo ang isang set ng dvd series.. kaya mag tyaga ka na lang mag rent.. pareho lang naman un palabas eh at mura pa :hihi: ..ang pag kakaiba lang..after mo panoorin eh isosoli mo na ulit un dvd..unlike na binili mo..pwede mo ulit siyang panoorin kahit kelan mo gustuhin.. :D

Have you ever tried watching Maury Povich, tf friends? It's a show where suspected husband/wife cheaters are subjected to a lie detector test. It's hilarious and sometimes shocking. I also love watching lost and CSI..

I wasn't able to watch it from the very beginning but I've seen a few episodes in AXN. It's very interesting and exciting. If I had time, I'd watch Roswell all over again. What else? Ally McBeal, CSI LV, X-Files, Smallville....etc

24 is still the best, addicting, exciting, action-packed TV series for me. Can't wait for season 5 to come out. :cool:

Now, I won't start watching it until I've got the season 1 episodes.napanood ko yung first hangang 4 episode niyan nung nasa pinas pa ako actually,sa billing akala mo maganda magaling yung directoe pero nung napanood ko na medyo tagilid din.Hindi magaling ang scrip writer tsaka hindi naman pinapakita kung sino humahabol sa kanila....if i were you yung CSI nalang i rent mo mas mganda panoorin,mgiisip ka talaga sa mga case scee nila kung sino ang pumapatay and agaling nila mga crime scene investigator!!!!!!!! !!!!!

Well, I just got hold of the entire season 2 for LOST. Now, I won't start watching it until I've got the season 1 episodes.

i suggest you watch season 1 first. i have no update as to when would be the release of season 2 on video rental shop. i can`t hold my breath watching season 2. i would surely appreciate if you could lend me your copy firipinjin. hehehe!!!

every epdisode is extremely exciting, breath taking and provoking. strangers were destined to survive in a plane crash with purpose and connections. each characters has their own stories that brought them to a tragic event and try to uncover whatever it is that led them to that strange place. i strongly recommend everyone to watch this TV series.

OT, prison break is another hit series in the US. although it came out first than Lost, the last episode is opt to be released in december (correct me if i`m wrong). the suspense-thriller series talks about the injustices of a certain US government to an innoscent inmate waiting for his death sentence and his brother came for a rescue knowing this is the only way to keep his brother alive. these also involves different characters within and outside the jail that plays significant roles. a must see TV series...

Well, I finally finished viewing seasons 1 and 2. In season 1, the characters were really interesting and the plots were well planned. However, in season 2, everybody seem to have turned stupid and the writing has taken a dip in its quality. Season 3 won't come out until October 2006 so that will be a long wait. I read that the first 6 episodes of season 3 will try to 'finish' the plot in season 2 and then the show will take a 12 week hiatus before episode 7 is aired. I presume this 12 week break will be the taping in Hawaii for the rest of season 3.
