Some of the names have several ways of reading and until you ask that person you cannot be sure.
幸子　sachiko, yukiko
裕子　yuko, hiroko

Legally speaking, how to read a name is not registered in Koseki, and is up to the person.
The furigana in the Juminhyo is additional information and is not a part of the name of the person.

As for the name 繁蔵、yes, both are possible.
Though Shigezo is kun-yomi +on-yomi (=湯桶読み), which should be avoided, it sounds natural. “名mode” of my IME　has 17 variations. 繁蔵、重三、茂三 etc.

Hanzo, which is all on-yomi, has 13 variations. 半三、半蔵、伴三　etc.
As you have noticed, the name that ends with zo can be a name of a third boy for the parents. (It doesn’t mean the third generation.)

(If you want to make a name into kanji, it is easier to change your IME　from the default 般　mode to 名　mode、 then click the turned arrow mark to spread the sheet to display every variation all at once.)

By the way, if you ask him, the polite phrase is

O namae wa nanto oyomi suru no desho ka?

If he’s your friend you can say,

Namae, nante yomu no?

Note that here the “nanto” became “nante”.
I think the reason is that nanto is short for “nani to”, nani being a noun.
As the phrase is colloquially used, nanto became (being regarded as) one word, thus adverb form was required, thus took the form of –e ending and became nante.
