hi guy's anyone from yokohama maybe you could help me..
i'll be staying in yokohama this coming october and i wanna know if there is gym (bodybuilding) around the area that does not cost much.

Try Shimin Tiikukan（市民体育館）or Kumin　Taiikukan(
区民体育館）。

In my case, because I stay home mostly, I exercise at home.
I have my bench press set, punching ball, etc.
I bought them all on the net.

Tama sila..hanap ka ng shimin taikukan.less expensive..dito sa may kawasaki station merong gym na public sya..bago ang mga machines and malinis..aatend ka lang ng parang 2 hour seminar which is by reservation..pag umattend ka ull pay 500y lang tapos, they will give u an ID card.
open sila everyday except Mondays..morning session is 9:30-12:00, afternoon naman eh 1:00-4:30 then sa evening naman eh 5:30 to 8:30..pag may ID ka na, okay lang kahit anong oras ka mag-workout basta take note sa oras na open sila..every session is 500y lang and u can use the gym for 2 hours..i usually go there every wednesday after office hours and saturday or sundays ng morning...
where ka ba sa yokohama? 15 minutes lang ang kawasaki station from yokohama station..f u want, i can give u the phone#..
