Hello,

First, apologies to the moderators if this thread is in the wrong place.

I hope someone in the community can help me! I’m looking for a Call Center that can call English speaking foreigners living in Tokyo. Does anyone know a company I can use? The company should have some experience calling to Japan and Japanese speakers are preferred since Japanese people may answer the phone.

I’ve looked for a long, long time on the internet and can’t find a suitable company. I hope someone here knows some call centers I can contact.

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!

Best Regards,

James

Hi lightening, welcome sa TF.

Use of PM is recommended dito sa TF.
It is safer not to post your own e-mail address even though it is a hotmai address.

As for the Call Center you specified, I don’t know, because I don’t need to use such a thing.

But I found that there is going to be a Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference this month.

Hi Puting Tainga,
Thanks for the reply. The conference is a very good idea. However I think it is focused on big companies looking to invest in new technologies. I'm just looking for a small or mid sized company that has experience calling to Japan. I've looked all over the web and it is really hard to find a suitable company.

It's ok, the address I posted isn't my main email so its ok if I get lots of spam.

Anyone have any ideas where to find a good Call Center???!

lightning, sykes asia has multilingual representatives, including japanese-speaking representatives. but they are a big company since you said you are looking for a small or mid-sized company.

you can try looking in this site

http://www.callcenterdirect ory.net/

there's also Asia Videostream, but i don't know their reputation.

Hi Infinite Trial,

Thanks for your post. I've been through the directory and it has been somewhat helpful. It's hard to narrow the searches and they have a lot of content. I did find some possibilities though.

I've called Sykes Asia a few times and they always take my name and number and no one ever calls me back. I guess they don't want new business?

I'll check out Asia Videostream. I looked at them once before and wasn't sure if their main business was call center work, or not.

Let me know if you hear of anything else.

Thanks again!
