Which is which? Kaya ating pag-usapan.

Any experiences you have? Why don't we talk about it? Sa mundong ginagalawan natin... I think mas madaling ma-predict ang mga galaw ng mga katrabahong Hapon... welcome one and all... Share na po tayo.:D

:)Dapat bang pag-usapan sa loob ng opisina about politika?
O sa break time at off time na? Depende sa ka-opisina o kaishia.
Kaishia dito, bawal mag-usap,unless out of work time na. pero
hindi naman IN sa topic about politika. May mga Hapon akong kasama,
sabihin mang huli ako sa biyahi,so what? I don't like politics naman.
ay 'yong about sa 'visions about this company",'yong sharing namin
na by some years ay buhay pa ang kaishia na 'to.
I have roots about politics,last 2001 I just join a campaign for
my cousin who run for mayoryal election, and husband 's Uncle did
run also and win, pero sa kaishia wala, gomen Ka Tonyang, parang
out of topic ako,..

everywhere in the world, politics inside the office is not a strange news. it blends like the aroma of the brewed coffee we're sipping at a phase in the office. know how to play your cards and be always on the lookout sa mga 'sip-sip' or sorry for this langauge 'lickin' ass'

IT, I know ang pagkasabi mo ng line which I underlined was formed out of your sincerity at work but not everywhere...sorry po I disagree di lahat relevant with your line kasi I work for a multi national firm, sa isang department namin may 2 egyptian nationals ang na-promote:confused: they got no brains naman all faint talk pero dahil nga 'lickin ass' sa isang amo namin, ayan umangat na walang ka-effort effort. magpakasaya sila ngayon, shortcuts can shorten their charade.

hmmnn...

this is just mah opinion...

sometimes we misunderstood those people and brand them "sipsip" even if they aren't. then we stop building a relationship wit our bosses cuz we are afraid to be labelled "sipsip". in mah experience, i had to play that game. not really suckin up to mah boss, but more on bein friendly. cuz sometimes they also want a break from work...want to chitchat...build camarederie. there are bosses who does not want to be treated as a boss.

you've got a point there, there's a need for us to be heard at work, there are times kailangan talagang to socialize with the bosses in a way we won't be misinterpreted, ang direct boss ko he does not like we look up to him as boss he prefers casual approach lang pero meron talagang tao they're pretty obvious sa paninira sa mga colleague patalikod. Pag bias din ang judgement ng ibang mga amo, there's somethin' fishy goin' on. Kaya nasa atin na how to dance our way meddling the mask-face colleagues we interact at work

The smiley is for lightening up the feeling. My intention is to help others get prepared for the incoming situations... di mo alam, ginagamit ka na pala ng mga namumulitika.

Office politics? As far as I knew, office politics is not rampant in my company but rather japanese bosses praises you if you are doing your job well. Office politics has no place in our company. In my opinion, this politics in offices are caused by rivalry in how you handle and manage your work. Say for instance, if you are doing your work better than the other then; there is a great posibility for you to be elevated in a better position. In this case others might think that there is politics behind it.

Well, probably the best thing for us to do is to focus on our work and think about for the betterment of the company, and or how we can contribute to the welfare of the industry we are involve so that we can be easily noticed. In this manner, there is a great possibility for us to be recognized and be rewarded ...........

i totaly agree dito sa sinabi mo joeblack san.

Best formula... do your job well.
