Yes, I believe the Senate should say yes to it.
And the sooner, the better.
I wonder how come it took her so long to give it to the Senate.
Since the papers are 4-inch thick, if the Senate studies it hard, it will take more time.
Then all these nurse and helper issues will be delayed even more.
As for the toxic waste thing, it’s a dirty work, but it pays well, I think.
It may be dirty but not lethal or immediately bad for the environment, otherwise, Japan won’t do it, in fear of environments’ accusations.
Japan will open its gate for even more foreign workers in near future.
It must happen.
Because, otherwise, there is no way to fight the declining birth rate.
Philippines must be ready to respond to it, by always being friendly to Japan.
