If they want to stay away from urban stress, why don’t they come to probinsya of Philippines?
Of course, there are barriers such as language, security, hygiene (washlettes? Biro lang), perhaps mad dogs etc.
I believe the Philippine government should do more efforts in luring the Japanese retirees into coming to its islands.
If they spend, say, P 1 million a year, and if the government could let 1000 retirees to come and live, then it’s P 1 billion a year.
