mainichi A university student from China has been arrested for illegally engaging in business activities outside the restrictions of his student visa. Wang Yue Si, 23, came to Japan on a student visa in April 2004. He started selling items such as weapons and currency for online games through an Internet auction site in April this year, without obtaining the appropriate residency status. It is a violation of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Law, according to police. Read here... (http://mdn.mainichi-msn.co.jp/national/news/20061123p2a00m0na023 000c.html)
Thanks for the info mark. Yari tsk tsk.
A bank worker became suspicious when Wang regularly sent money back home to China and alerted police in August, prompting Kumamoto police officers to investigate the student.
Sana magi itong babala sa mga kababayan nating nagtatrabaho (baito, pa-to atbp.) na wala namang permit - "Permission to Engage in Activity Other Than That Permitted by the Status of Residence Previously Granted", o sa Japanese ay (Shikaku-gai katsudou kyoka-sho).
Cultural Activities (文化活動)
College Student (留学)
Pre-college Student (就学)
Dependent (家族滞在)...maaari lamang tayo makapagtrabaho kapag meron tayong permit.

huhuhu...now mah hope of earnin extra money is crushed :(Subukan mo lang mag-apply, malay mo ma-approve. Tsaka wala namang fee na babayaran. ;)
http://www.immi-moj.go.jp/english/tetuduki/kanri/shyorui/09.html
So gawin mo - ipakita mo sa prospective employer ang list of requirements at application form. :D
