tanong ko lang po kaninong responsibility po ba yong pamasahe pauwi pag na end na ung contract, sa agency na nagdala sa inyo dito o sa amin?
kasi po ng pumunta kami dito kanila po yon. At according to the facilitator ng PDOS, it should be the employer, and that kung matapos na po ung contract regardless po na you'll extend or not kailangan pauwiin ka ng employer mo.
Yung kasamahan ko po dito pinapa uwi kasi siya ng agency namin, kaso sa kanya po ung pamasahe. I fear that the same thing would happen to us pag nag end na yung contract namin which is by december 31. (Few of you might already read my post in job forum, asking for help) Kadadating lang po namin noong July, then binago po nila yung contract from 1 yr to 3 months nalang which is by december 31. Sa Pinoy lang nila ginawa to. Though renewable sya for 3 months again, anytime pag di ka umabot sa gusto nilang expectation pauuwiin ka nila especially since we are still trainees.
Yung pinapa uwi kong kasamahan, last salary niya daw matatanggap nya sa december 27 pa, dahil daw sa company policy namin na every 27th of the month ang payday. Ang flight niya this week na. Ganun po ba yun? I doubt na kung may matatanggap man siya, may mga hidden deductions siguro. But I've heard na ung pinauwi ding pinoy noong una, di daw nila natanggap yung last sweldo nila.
Pag ganun din ginawa sa amin, aba sa akin lang kulang pa yung sweldo ko pamasahe pauwi, hindi ko pa matatanggap yung last salary ko.
May problema din kami sa POEA contract namin, pero eto mahabang istorya. We should have resorted to our POEA contract when there was a sudden change sa contract namin here but I dont know if it is applicable pa.
