HELLO KABAYAN DIYAN.

MAGANDANG ARAW, SALAMAT AT TINANGKAP NINYO AKO DITO, LAHAT NAMNA DIBA, HEHEHE.
ANYWAY, I HAVE SOME QUESTION TO WHOM KNOWS ABOUT THIS KIND OF SITUATION.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR AN OVERSTAY PERSON CAN CROSS COUNTRY TO OH SAY EUROPE BUT OF COURSE WITH PROPER PAPERS AND SUCH SPONSOR WITH PROPER DOCUMENT ALSO, GOING TO THAT PLACE?.:)


SO, HOPE THERE IS SOMEONE HERE WHO HAVE VIABLE ANSWER.

never heard this kind of situation before. but if i will review the program of japanese government about sa pagsuko ng kusa, i think it is not possible.

pag sumuko ka ng kusa sa immigration, the program only state that you will be deported to your mother country and not to any country you wish for. that is why i think it is impossible.

second thing is, no immigration of any country i think well allow any foreigner enter their nation that have an over staying record kahit na may papers pa siguro. unless na mother country mo nga po yon.

so, the very best solution here i think is voluntarily surrender first, go back to the philippines, then apply there to enter the nation you wish for. this time malinis pa pangalan mo at walang gusot i think.

Oo nga,i agree,it is impossible and untolerable.Overstay na, makakapag cross country pa.Unbelievable.
