Deodorant sa wikang Hapon ay 脱臭剤(dassyuzai) , pero karaniwa'y sa refrigerator lang itong salita. But this word is still occasionally used for cosmetics if it is in written form.

Sa kosmetics, salitang Engles o French ay preferred.

Kaya,

Underarm cream アンダーアームクリーム（an da- a-mu kuri-mu)
Armpit cream アームピットクリーム　(a-mu pitto kuri-mu)

Or simply,
Deodorant デオドラント　(deodor anto)

The word wax is not usually used in cosmetics in Japan.
If you say wax （ワックス　wakkusu) ang isip ng tindera ay wax para sa sahig o para sa kotse.
If you say 芳香剤(hokozai) people would think you are talking about CR.:D

Although it is not wax, what is called 汗取りパッド(asetori paddo) is popular, too.

Back to the polite wording,　if you want to say "where is ******?" or "Please find **** for me." You don't directly say that.
Instead you just say what item you want.
Thus,

すみませんが、＊＊＊がほしいのですけれど も。。
（sumimasen nga, ****nga hoshii no desukeredomo.

less authentic, but common way of saying is

すいませんが、＊＊＊がほしい んですが。
suimasen nga **** nga hoshiin desu nga.

Note that が　is usually prounouced as nga, not as ga.
Also sumi becomes sui, and no becomes n, keredomo becomes nga in the second sentece.
